PRIVACY POLICY
Tupelo Grease Co. takes protection of the personal information you provide to it very seriously and will not disclose any of your personal information that you provide to the Site without your prior consent, other than as necessary to process and ship your order, and to process and collect funds due Tupelo Grease Co. for your purchase, without your prior consent.

Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with ALL tags attached, no exceptions. Sale receipt must accompany any return/exchange. Exchanges/returns must be made within 14 DAYS of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Sorry, no cash refunds or charge credit.

Tupelo Grease Co. does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, shipping charges will occur but will be nominal. Additionally, we cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.

Return Procedure:
Please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Please pack and seal securely the merchandise in its original box, if possible. Include the original receipt and send the package to the address below. We recommend that you insure the return packages as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we don't ship ourselves.

Shipping
At present, we are not able to ship to post office boxes, APO addresses, U.S. territories or internationally.
Shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will contain the tracking number for your order.

At Tupelo Grease Co. we understand how important your privacy is. As such we have taken strong measures to protect said privacy and to make sure that your information is used only at your discretion. We have taken  precautions to prevent your data from misuse, unauthorized access/disclosure or unauthorized alteration.
